    Dear Parents,

The Massachusetts State Department of Public Health requires physical examinations for children prior to entering the fourth grade.  The School Health Department urges you tohave this physical performed by your family doctor, since they can bestevaluate your child’s needs.

A copy of your child’s physical examination form should beforwarded to the Hopkins School Nurses office prior to September 4, 2013.

State law mandates immunization rules and exclusion fromschool can result if a child does not have the proper immunizations. Pleasefeel free to contact me at 508-497-9861 with any questions.

    Sincerely,

    Kathy Bain, R.N.

Projects

  • April 10, 2013 Submitted Statement of Interests

The priority Statement of Interest to the Massachusetts School Building Authority is the Center School.  The Statement of Interest (SOI) relative to the Elmwood School was submitted to provide the Elementary School Building Committee as many options as possible as they seek a solution for the Center School.  The SOI's were submitted on April 10, 2013.  These are simply statements of conditions and do not specify a solution.  It is the initial notification to the MSBA that Hopkinton is actively seeking their partnership as we develop the right solution for the community.  The submitted SOI's are below.  These will also be available on the ESBC Website.
